
Excavation
The first step to our process is carefully excavating and extracting the timber from the peat grounds.

Storage & Drying
We let the timber rest to dry for 3-5 years above ground level.

Cutting
We then slab it to 120-130 ml thick and from there they are filleted every 300 ml thick so it doesn’t bow.

Drying
Depending on the size of our slabs, some need to sit for another 3-12 months.

Prep
After 3-12 months, it’s re-leveled on the horizontal saw. Once it has been re-leveled, it goes back to get stacked.
